There are three steps to signing up in this Tennessee JobNet system:

1)Turn on the cellphone/mobile device you will be using to text in your name and phone number for employers to contact you.

2) Sign up ( click here to open the window ) for a free account. Make sure to click on "settings" and then "devices" and enter your phone number while you are signing up so that you will be able to use the Tennessee JobNet. You will get a text message with a code to enter as you complete this second step.

3) After you have signed up above, please fill out the form ( click here to open the window ) and fill out your username and the other pertinent information to get you started. Your information will be entered into this system so that you can be in direct contact with employers. It may take about 24 hours at most to be active in this system. When you are active, you will receive a message on your mobile device saying you are ready to send in your name and phone number to those offering work. Do not forget to sign up for a control number if you want to make some bucks while you are looking for work. You will be directed to the page to sign up for a control number after you finish the above steps.
